Emily was so excited to finally have some snow that she begged to go outside and build a snowman. The only problem was that there wasn't enough snow to roll a good snowman. So I talked her into making a snow turtle. At first she wasn't too thrilled, but once we got started she warmed up to the idea.
Hopefully you can tell that it is a turtle. 
Emily wanted to give the turtle a happy face, so this is her final touch. So cute!

Great turtle! It is amazing how kids like to play out in the cold and are so happy for snow. My boys enjoyed the snow yesterday. I stayed inside with Danny and had hot chocolate for them when they came in. Perfect!
